Chiropractic Care - Pediatric (Newborn - 2 Years)

Congratulations on your new addition! Do yo have a little one that needs to be seen? Many parents bring their children in during this time to check for latch concerns, digestive concerns, gassiness. This is also a great time to get an overall post-birth evaluation.

Chiropractic Care -Pediatric (3 - 11 years)

Do you have a child between the ages of 3 and 11 that needs to be seen? Dr. Anna specializes in pediatric care, paying special attention to a child's growth and development.

Chiropractic Care - Prenatal

Are you expecting? Congratulations! Dr. Anna specializes in Prenatal care, making sure each patient feels comfortable and cared for as they continue their treatment. She also is certified in the Webster Protocol and as a BirthFIT professional.

Chiropractic Care - General & Sports Care (12 years and Older)

In need of an adjustment? Our office is here for you! We welcome patients from all walks of life and of all ages and are happy to help you feel your best. Dr. Anna also has additional training as an Internationally Certified Sports Practitioner and is well versed rehabbing all sports and athletic injuries.

Clinical Massage

Clinical massage targets specific problem areas to release tension in the musculature (i.e., shoulder tension or low back pain). Clinical massage is also a great addition to chiropractic adjustments with many clients seeing longer lasting relief after receiving massage directly prior to their adjustment.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage focuses on overall stress and tension relief. Relaxation massage uses Swedish massage techniques and longer flowing strokes to help the client’s mind and body fully relax. If clients are seeking deep tissue/pressure, consider booking clinical or deep tissue massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage works on deeper layers of muscle tissue to release tension and trigger points. It often involves deeper pressure and held trigger points to provide relief. While deep tissue massage can be relaxing, relaxation is not the ultimate goal of the session.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is offered to pregnant clients at any stage in their pregnancy. While many clients wait until they are beyond 12 weeks in their pregnancy, clients are welcome to receive massage at any stage. Other medical conditions involved in pregnancy should be cleared by the client’s doctor prior to receiving massage.

Stephanie Nguyen, L.Ac. is our knowledgeable and experienced acupuncturist. Whether you are looking to book your first acupuncture visit, would like to discuss herbs, or just need a follow-up, this is the category for you!

Elizabeth is our Chiropractic Assistant as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in December 2015. Elizabeth is especially in-tune with trigger point work and muscle tension release while also incorporating relaxation into each massage. Dr. Anna-Marie Simpson is the owner, doctor of chiropractic and clinical nutritionist at Simpson Family Wellness: Chiropractic, PLLC; a local wellness center in central New York. She has been in practice for over 12 years and her facility offers many different services for her patients, including chiropractic care that specializes in prenatal, pediatric and post partum chiropractic, general wellness chiropractic, chiropractic and rehab services for athletes, massage therapy, nutritional counseling and yoga.

Stephanie is a licensed acupuncturist of New York State and is currently working to receive her Diplomate (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She received her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (FLSAOM) in 2018. At graduation, Stephanie was the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award and the Distinguished Service Award.

Stephanie has had 3,000-plus hours of training that includes extensive clinical experiences from multiple locations including the Seneca Falls Health Center, NYCC Campus Health Center, Rochester Outpatient Health Center, and Canandaigua Veterans Affair Medical Center. She also has experience treating a wide variety of patients of all ages and conditions. Some of these conditions include musculoskeletal pain, headaches, pregnancy and infertility, irregular menstruation, smoking cessation, pediatrics, and a series of gastrointestinal complications.

To further her understanding of Chinese Medicine, she travelled abroad to study at Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There, she participated in an additional 100 hours of clinical rotations focusing on gynecology and pain management. While in China, she gained new insights in advance acupuncture and tui na techniques and the latest acupuncture theories. Stephanie is committed to providing individualized and quality care in based on the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern medicine.
